The Netflix original Swedish teen drama has been officially renewed for a second season.

Word has come down directly from Netflix.

Young Royals is a Swedish coming-of-age series that has been praised for its depiction of representation and same-sex romance. It follows Prince Wilhelm, who is forced by the Queen to attend prestigious boarding school Hillerska. There the 16-year-old begins to discover his true identity, and in finding his true self, he becomes torn between duties towards the throne and his heart.

If you haven’t binged all six episodes of the first season, start doing that on Netflix! No word on when the second season will begin shooting or streaming.
