First trailers drop for Love, Victor, Bros, My Fake Boyfriend and Umbrella Academy
Busy day for people releasing trailers for upcoming films and tv series. We now have our first video glimpse at Bros written and starring Billy Eichner coming September 30 which is still months away, while My Fake Boyfriend is coming to Prime Video June 15. Starring Keiynan Lonsdale, Dylan Sprouse, and Sarah Hyland, the first trailer only just dropped today. Umbrella Academy season 3 premieres on Netflix June 22.
Finally, we also have the first trailer for the third and final season of Love, Victor. This time the trailer comes from Hulu AND Disney+ now that Disney is trying to make up for suppressing queer voices, especially Love, Victor which the studio hid on Hulu so it wouldn’t be visible to Disney+ viewers.
It’s been more than a busy day, it’s been a busy week! Yesterday Peacock dropped the first trailer for the Queer as Folk reboot.
Update: We found a bonus trailer that dropped Wednesday. The Lake starring Orphan Black’s Jordan Gavaris (Felix) in this Amazon Prime original series where Gavaris is a gay man returning to Canada from living abroad and hoping to reconnect with the daughter he gave up for adoption. Stream it June 17.
